When I wake up everyday, I thank God for giving me another day to improve myself to become better than I was yesterday. I also focus on vision casting in the morning to solidly to my subconscious mind of the good things that I desire in my life. A great way to do this is to create a Vision Board, or Dream Board, or Future Board (or whatever you want to call it).
The first time I heard "What you focus on grows" & "You need a Vision Board in your life" I thought they were crazy. Or hippies. Or crazy hippies.
The more I heard it, and studied the subconscious mind, it struck me that these very successful entrepreneurs might be onto something. Because if you really focus on the negative, your life consumes more negative. And if you focus on those positive things and list your gratitude's, you will see more of the happiness. It's just science!
The only problem for me was the standard Vision Boards were not that....um....er..... attractive. And if you really want to FOCUS on them, you have to actually WANT to look at them.
Watch this video & choose a Vision Board that works for you. Hate scissors & glue? No problem! One idea requires NONE OF THAT for us creative-handicapped peeps.
Whether you are new or a seasoned pro to Vision Boards, I have a must-have kit you need to get this next year off RIGHT. Check out my "Manifest My BOSS Life" Box & grab one before they're gone! Includes over $80 worth of goodies including a free 90 membership to my exclusive FB Group for just $30.
Now here are just a couple tips for those using scissors & glue... because being creative is a great outlet!
Boss Tip #1 : Take time to write down your Vision
Spend a few quite minutes (lock the door or hide in the closet if necessary) to take pen to paper & write down what your dream life will look like in let's say.... 5 years. By doing this first you will be better able to focus on what you want to add to your Board.
Boss Tip #2 : Don't only focus on physical objects
Why we all have those dreams & goals that include amazing things... but you also want to add words of how you will feel when you've reached those goals. Peace? Excitement? Blessed? Free? The list goes on & on!
Boss Tip #3 : Match your 'Brand'
To add a little something extra with your board while skimming through magazines, Google Images or Pinterest, look for your 'brand theme' of colors, styles, ect. This will add a little life to your board that will excite your senses. Don't forget to add words, inspirations, quotes ect (see Tip #2).
Boss Tip #4 : Feel gratitude for the now
A vision board serves as an image of where you are going and where you want your future to be... don't forget that someone somewhere is praying to be in the place you are right now. Don't forget to feel grateful for the lessons you've learned. Take time and ponder about it.
Boss Tip #5 : Find your purpose
Finding your purpose will drive you into the perfect place you want to be & who you want to become. Need help doing this? Join my FB Group HERE & you'll receive my 27-page Boss Builder Workbook for FREE as my gift!
